Subdivision Surveys

If you plan to subdivide your property, you will need approval from your municipality. This typically involves preparing a Tentative Subdivision Plan, submitting an application to the municipality, having the property surveyed, and finally registering a Plan of Subdivision at the Alberta Land Titles Office. Maidment Land Surveys can act as your agent, making the process as painless as possible.

Subdivision Planning and Tentative Subdivision Plan Preparation

Whether you are planning to create 2 lots or 200 lots, we can help you design your subdivision and create a Tentative Subdivision Plan to submit to the municipality.

Municipal Application

Once the Tentative Subdivision Plan is prepared, an application will need to be submitted to the municipality. We can help you prepare the application and will follow it through the approval process. Maidment Land Surveys staff has the experience and expertise to follow your application from application, to approval, and finally to registration at the Alberta Land Titles Office. We can also help you prepare any additional documents that may be required for registration including easements, right of ways, restrictive covenants, caveats, and consents.

We look forward to working with you on your project.
