Multi-family developments require marking locations for multiple housing units, and often require marking locations of detached garage units and other shared facilities, such as a clubhouses and garbage facilities. Our team has the experience and expertise to help you with your specific needs.

For single family houses, we can provide an initial site survey to help in the housing design process. Once the design has been completed, we perform pre-layout calculations in advance to ensure proper placement of the house. The location of the house is then marked-out for excavation purposes and can be marked-out again for the construction of footings and foundation walls. Once construction is complete, we can perform a Real Property Report.
